The Challenge runs high-school basketball tournaments that college coaches and media follow closely, so every team's roster has to be accurate, complete and on time. Collecting them meant chasing coaches through texts and emails, one message at a time.
We built a custom roster platform around how coaches actually work. Every coach gets a unique link, with no account and no password. They upload whatever they already have (a spreadsheet, a photo of a printed roster, a screenshot or a PDF) and AI fills in the roster for them to confirm. Organizers run any number of tournaments from one admin panel.
Roster collection now happens from a coach's phone in a couple of minutes. Organizers get clean, consistent data, and the packets college coaches and media rely on export in one click instead of being assembled by hand, for every tournament on the platform.
